Eyes Gonna Show You!

Hello Beauties! It’s week   T  W  O   and now that we got the “first day of school” jitters out our system,  we can keep it moving.  I took lots of your comments and opinions into consideration {while some I ignored #eeeeek} when shooting and editing this weeks video, and decided to do an eyes AND lip video. Titled “Eyes Gonna Show You!” is simply an awesome play on words. Get it? Eyes, (I) gonna show you? HA, who knew I had so many talents? Annnnways, I sloooowed this video down a bit and added some HOW TO wording. I hate my voice, therefore you prob won’t hear me speak much, like ever, so I hope you like to read #sorrrrrry

In this video I focus on a BOMB smokey eye using the beloved Urban Decay Naked2 palette. Any Real Housewives of OC fans in the house? #Bravolover Well, the smokey eye look featured in this video is similar to the look Heather Dubrow wears {minus the lip, ’cause she fancy and like to keep it classy}. I use three different eyeshadow brushes in this video{see below for links}. Primarily, I use the brush that comes with the Naked2 palette in this video- the fluffier side for blending and the smaller side to pack on color, then a detailed smudger brush to smoke out the bottom lashes and an angled brush to clean up winged liner and lips. I chose the color “Uniform” for my lower liner because I have light brown eyes and the greenish tint to the eyeliner makes them POP!  Now, I try not to overwhelm you with instructions and the use of a ton of colors in this video, {again, I’m keepin’ it real} because letsbehonest, WHO TF has time to add 2,341 colors to their eyes? IIIII may have the time since it’s my joooob, but you probably don’t; and that’s why you’re watching this video. I like to think my viewers have super busy lives that adding all this nonsense to their lids is the last thing on their minds, so lets minimize that ish. When you get to the top eyeliner portion, DON’T FREAK OUT!  It will take time to master this, especially liquid liner. A steady hand, and practice will help. So, take a minute, breath {maybe throw on some gangster rap} and handle this like a boss!! If you’re the daring type, and are trying out lashes for the first time {gods speed}, have someone help if you can, or try using tweezers to apply them. Let the glue dry 1-2 minutes {or when it turns tacky}  before applying, or those B’s are gon’ end  up on your forehead.

Ok, so there it all is. So get your notepad and a pen, start the video, take some notes, rewatch the video a few times, then try it out!! {oh, and ENJOY!} Post a photo on my facebook page on todays post and share with the world your talent!!

Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram @daniellesabatellomua for your chance to win some kick ass makeup! First giveaway will be Friday featuring some of the items used in this video!!!
